When I eliminated all pro-inflammatory food from my diet, I quickly got in a cooking rut.
With so many common ingredients out of my diet, like bread and other glutens, processed food, pork, eggs, dairy, and more, I was left wondering what I could eat.
Many of my favorite recipes were now off limits.
That’s when I put on my thinking cap, did my research, and create a long list of new recipes using only anti-inflammatory foods – and began creating my cookbook.
My cookbook will be available soon in two ways. It will be sold individually, and it will be available in an upcoming recipe club.
